Learning and Development Coordinator - Remote, U.S.

About The Position
The Learning and Development Coordinator will develop and execute strategies to improve engagement with newly hired employees and the Ready For Allocation Team (RFA). The RFA team consists of employees waiting for assignment to a client-focused team, typically after completing new hire training or transitioning between clients. This role focuses on managing programs that foster a positive work environment, support newly acquired subject matter skills, and handle PTO and personal administrative requirements.
Responsibilities
- RFA Management
- Manage RFA administrative routine responsibilities
- Oversee RFA team transitions and collaborate with resourcing to ensure efficient project staffing changes
- Work daily with the Learning and Development team to deliver professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with HR to ensure timely and professional offboarding
- Employee Experience and Culture
- Support employees in developing awareness, comfort, and confidence to champion equity across the organization
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and growth by creating active feedback loops
- Enhance and manage programs that promote employee appreciation and recognition
- Lead and organize internal efforts to produce live, virtual, and hybrid events for meaningful employee experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative, and able to manage change fluidly
- Ability to protect data privacy and sensitive employee information
- Proficiency in Workday HRIS, PTO management, and Microsoft Suite
- Project management skills with the ability to influence and connect people to resources

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
