Leaf Home is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers competitive compensation and a path to career advancement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by covering an assigned territory each day, engaging prospective customers at their homes about Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home and gather information for the sales team to reach out and schedule in-person product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop a collaborative working relationship with other sales representatives.
• Ensure a high quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring potential customers have an exceptional experience.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer focused and results oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
• Extended periods of walking / standing required.
• Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
• Sedentary work.
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Travel Requirements

• Local travel required.
