Entry-Level Sales Representative – $1,000 - $2,000/Week
About the role
We are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate new customers through direct, face-to-face interaction in residential neighborhoods. This is a high-energy, field-based role where you will:
- Knock doors daily
- Speak with homeowners
- Present pest control services
- Close recurring service agreements
Responsibilities
Door-to-Door Prospecting: Canvass assigned neighborhoods daily, identify homes with pest control needs, initiate conversations with homeowners.
Sales & Closing: Educate customers on common pest problems, preventative treatment plans, eco-friendly solutions, present service options and pricing, handle objections and close deals on the spot.
Pipeline & Performance: Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, sales), follow up with interested homeowners, continuously improve through training and coaching.
Requirements
No experience required—training is provided for the right candidates.
