About the role

We are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate new customers through direct, face-to-face interaction in residential neighborhoods. This is a high-energy, field-based role where you will:

• Knock doors daily
• Speak with homeowners
• Present pest control services
• Close recurring service agreements

Responsibilities

Door-to-Door Prospecting

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods daily
• Identify homes with pest control needs
• Initiate conversations with homeowners

Sales & Closing

• Present service options and pricing
• Handle objections and close deals on the spot

Requirements

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
