This is not a typical internship. Persona Direct’s Summer Sales Internship is a high-performance opportunity for driven students who want to earn serious income, develop elite sales skills, and accelerate their personal growth — all in one summer. You won’t be filing paperwork or grabbing coffee. You’ll be in the field, learning how to sell a premium residential pest control service through direct-to-consumer marketing in Dallas and select expansion markets. It’s demanding. It stretches you. It builds you. And for the right person, it can be transformational.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and sell a premium, white-glove residential pest control service
- Engage homeowners through face-to-face, door-to-door conversations
- Set and track personal performance goals
- Manage your time, territory, and pipeline
- Participate in daily training and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with your team to hit weekly and seasonal targets
Requirements
You are competitive and internally driven, coachable and open to feedback, comfortable with discomfort and growth, strong communicators (or determined to become one), disciplined and accountable, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Pay
Most interns earn $17,000–$23,000+ in one summer. Top performers exceed $30,000+. Your compensation is performance-based.
Schedule
Full-time commitment Monday–Friday, plus half-days Saturday, May–August 2026 (flexible around academic calendar).
