Responsibilities

• The Leadership Development Specialist addresses performance gaps and operational challenges by delivering impactful learning programs primarily for front-line and mid-level managers.
• Working across organizational boundaries, this role solves capability deficits by implementing targeted interventions, workshops, and coaching in partnership with HRBP teams.
• By evaluating course effectiveness data and partnering with Instructional Designers, the role resolves content gaps and continuously updates curricula.
• Additionally, leveraging AI tools streamlines project workflows and optimizes administrative tracking to maintain seamless learning delivery.
• Deliver high-impact leadership development programs across virtual and classroom environments; ensuring high participant engagement and practical skill application.
