Leadership Development Program Candidate - Sales

About the role

The Leadership Development Program at Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is an entry level management training program designed to harness your innate abilities and challenge your weak spots to unleash your full potential. During this program, you'll spend time at several of our treating plants and rotate through assignments at our corporate office. This 18–24‑month, full‑time paid position is designed to identify your strengths and interests, expose you to a variety of disciplines, challenge you to step out of your comfort zone, equip you to contribute at a high level, surround you with mentors, and launch your career.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through assignments at treating plants and corporate office
• Gain experience in various operational areas including Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Analytics, Sales, Logistics, Operations, Import/Export, and Procurement

• College degree or relevant experience
• Ability to relocate
