Job Description
Breakthru Beverage Group is a family-owned company with over $8.5 billion in annual sales and employs more than 10,000 associates. The Sales Leadership Development Program is a highly selective, early career program designed for recent college graduates or seniors graduating by May 2026. This program seeks individuals with outstanding talent, leadership abilities, and a strong drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
Phase One: Sales Representative
- Engage directly with customers in the market within a designated territory.
- Receive product and sales training to manage a specific number of accounts.
- Utilize our business model focused on established selling rather than cold calling.
- Demonstrate exceptional sales leadership skills and achieve results to advance to the next assignment.
Phase Two: Field Sales Manager
- Enhance leadership abilities and strategic thinking by managing a team of 4-7 Sales Representatives.
- Identify effective motivational strategies and utilize various tools to manage your team.
- Achie success through your team and nurture future talent.
Graduation
- Advancement to the next level in a distributor sales or commercial related role, or to a position with a key supplier partner.
- Example positions include Distributor Business Manager and Distributor Division Sales Manager.
Qualifications
Education
- Senior college graduate of December 2025/June 2026.
Experience
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities, enthusiasm for sales and sales management, and an interest in the alcoholic beverage industry.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional strategic, creative, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in planning and organizing tasks through effective project management.
- Experience in presenting information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees.
Skills
- The ability to hold a Solicitor's Permit is required where applicable.

- Regularly extend hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently stand, walk, maintain balance, or climb.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
