About the role
Axon's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a highly selective, two-year rotational experience at one of the world's fastest-growing publicly traded technology companies. Built for ambitious graduates who want to solve meaningful problems, work directly with senior leaders, and accelerate their careers, the Sales Track is designed to identify, develop, and empower Axon's next generation of sales leaders.
Every day, millions of people rely on Axon's technology to make communities safer and more accountable. From AI-powered evidence management and body-worn cameras to drones and virtual reality training, we're building technology that protects lives and helps shape the future of public safety. Axon is the industry leader in public safety technology, including body-worn cameras, TASER energy weapons, sensors, drones, virtual reality, and digital evidence management. Our mission is to Protect Life, Preserve Truth and Accelerate Justice through innovations in hardware and software.
Led by CEO and Founder Rick Smith's lifelong commitment to making the world safer, Axon launched its Moonshot goal in 2022: to cut gun-related deaths between police and the public by 50% in 10 years.
