The successful candidate will lead regional operations for the Water department within the Indianapolis office. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in water management, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in water management or related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental policy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay
