Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Leader to oversee and optimize operational performance across a designated region. This role involves comprehensive management of project deliverables, fostering high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from scope development through completion.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple project teams across the region, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement robust project management strategies and processes to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of all regional projects.
- Define and refine project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Monitor, track, and report on key operational performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation within the region.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within all regional teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring transparency and successful project outcomes.
- Oversee resource planning and allocation to effectively support current and future project demands.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in Deliverables Management, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Extensive experience in Leading Project Teams, with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
- Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools, including a deep understanding of project lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Scope Development, including requirements gathering, definition, and management.
- Exceptional Team Management skills, including performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, business, or project management field; Master's degree preferred.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
