Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost objectives.
  • Manage project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support project success.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee risk management processes and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Qualifications

    • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP).
    • Experience with sustainability and environmental projects preferred.
