Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost objectives.
- Manage project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee risk management processes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience with sustainability and environmental projects preferred.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
