We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Key content:
- Application window expected to close on: 09/30/2026
- Candidate must be located in East/Central Region
- Meet the Team: description of SP&O organization.
- Your Impact: bullet list of responsibilities (starting with "Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Planning, you will:" then list items).
- Minimum Qualifications: list.
- Preferred Qualifications: list.
- Why Cisco?: description.
- Message to applicants applying to work in the U.S. and/or Canada: salary range, benefits description, etc.
- Additional details: full salary ranges for specific states, etc.
- Also mention benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, disability, life insurance, etc.
- Paid time off details.
- Possibly schedule? Not explicit schedule given. There's mention of vacation accrual etc. Could infer schedule but not explicit. We should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. There's no explicit schedule like "full-time", "hybrid", etc. So we omit Schedule.
Pay: we have salary range and details. So include Pay section.
Benefits: we have benefits description. So include Benefits.
Qualifications: we have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which headings to use. We have content for About the role (Meet the Team, Your Impact maybe). Responsibilities (Your Impact bullet list). Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe list of skills from qualifications). Could also include Skills separate.
We need to avoid filler. Must not create sections with placeholder text.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details: application close date, location requirement, team description, impact responsibilities, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, why Cisco, salary range, benefits details, paid time off, etc.
We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some legal-ish text about salary determination etc. That's substantive? It's about compensation determination; we can keep as part of Pay section.
We must not repeat job title.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
About the role
... team description and location requirement and application close date?
Maybe include location and close date in About the role. Then Responsibilities:Responsibilities
- ... each bullet from Your Impact
Requirements
- ... Minimum Qualifications items
Qualifications
- ... Preferred Qualifications items
Benefits
- ... medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) match, parental leave, disability, life insurance, etc.
Pay
... salary range, location-based ranges, determination factors, incentive details.
