Acts as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and implementing innovative solutions.
Codes, debugs, tests, deploys, and documents website enhancements and deployments.
Analyzes accessibility, usability, and user experience design for online public platforms.
Supports front and back-end web development, enhancing digital content experience, UI elements, email templates, and website designs.
Applies SEO best practices, designing and creating HTML templates, pages, advertising, and promotional banners.
Ensures consistent implementation with security protocols and brand guidelines.
Develops contingency plans for crisis communications.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, web design, or related field, or equivalent specialized training, certification, or work experience.
Minimum three years of work experience.
Advanced skill in WordPress content management systems and WordPress VIP.
Advanced critical thinking and data reporting skills.
Advanced understanding of user experience and accessibility standards.
Excellent attention to detail and compliance with business continuity practices.
Strong project management skills, facilitation of web team according to industry best practices, and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of building WordPress sites and strong HTML/CSS coding skills.
Ability to influence key stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
Experience with AI resources for efficient task management.
