Responsibilities

• Develops and executes digital content strategies by analyzing business needs and delivering web solutions.
• Led moderately complex website projects including project management, documentation, and innovation.
• Administers content management systems and web technologies, identifying plugins for new features.
• Works with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Codes, debugs, tests, deploys, and documents website enhancements and deployments.
• Analyzes website accessibility, usability, and user experience design.
• Supports front and back-end web development to enhance digital content experience.
• Executes SEO best practices and implements contingency plans for crisis communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, web design, or related field, or equivalent specialized training, certification, or work experience.
• Minimum three years of work experience.
• Advanced skill in WordPress content management systems and WordPress VIP.
• Critical thinking and data reporting skills, including creating information architecture and translating data into insights.
• Advanced understanding of user experience and compliance with business continuity practices, WCAG, and Section 508.
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
• Facilitation of the web team according to industry best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Appropriate use of AI resources for efficient task management.
• Influence key stakeholders on cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
