Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire a Lead Unit Support Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the nurse manager on the unit
- Oversee allocation of nurse locators and track distribution of the locators
- Enter data for ELT huddle in the morning regarding admissions, discharges, DOS and staffing for the unit
- Serve as SME for nurse call system and Cerner related work for the unit coordinators
- Provide performance feedback of unit coordinators to the nurse manager
- Communicate with other departments (facilities, EVS, pharmacy, materials management, etc.) on behalf of nursing to meet patient needs
- Assist the charge nurse by calling other personnel to come to work to meet census needs in absence of the staffing coordinator
- Handle special patient equipment and special supply ordering not handled by materials management
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years of experience as a unit coordinator
- CNA/PCT Certification Preferred

Pay
Pay Range: $19.21 - $24.90
