About the role

This position serves as the RN Medical Team Administrator at the Boone County Jail. You will lead a dedicated team, drive quality patient care, and enjoy a predictable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for medical operations
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inmate health services
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the medical team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in correctional healthcare
• Experience leading a healthcare team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
