Lead Talent Partner, Engineering
About the role
The Talent Lead at Chainlink Labs is responsible for leading technical hiring in a globally distributed Web3 environment. This role involves combining hands-on recruiting with people leadership, managing a small team of Talent Partners while acting as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product, Security, and Research leaders.
You will shape hiring strategy, elevate hiring quality, develop recruiting capability, and continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent. You will operate in a high-ambiguity environment where talent density is a competitive advantage, and exceptional hiring decisions directly impact product velocity and ecosystem growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive, high-bar environments
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters and building high-performing recruiting teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable balancing hands-on recruiting with people leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Interest in or exposure to Web3, crypto, or deeply technical domains
- Located in EST, CT, or MST time zones
