Overall Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Verify and maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Effectively educate consumers about the company and its products.
  • Interact with all levels of employees, clients, and customers.
  • Resolve potential questions and suggest resolutions.
  • Prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the team by working with them on various office functions.

Qualifications

  • Likable personality and conversationalist.
  • Well-spoken, upbeat, determined, and diligent.
  • Able to present a friendly and sincere attitude towards assisting customers.
  • Possess integrity, be quality-focused, and able to problem-solve.
  • Active listening skills, detailed orientation, and sales-driven.

Job Duties

  • Answer phones in a friendly and warm manner.
  • Assist with preparing estimates and proposals.
  • Work remotely.
  • Support other office functions such as A/R and A/P, filing, etc.

Experience

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred).

Work Location

In person.

Supplemental Pay Types

  • Bonus pay.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

8 hour shift Monday to Friday.
