Overall Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Verify and maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Effectively educate consumers about the company and its products.
- Interact with all levels of employees, clients, and customers.
- Resolve potential questions and suggest resolutions.
- Prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the team by working with them on various office functions.
Qualifications
- Likable personality and conversationalist.
- Well-spoken, upbeat, determined, and diligent.
- Able to present a friendly and sincere attitude towards assisting customers.
- Possess integrity, be quality-focused, and able to problem-solve.
- Active listening skills, detailed orientation, and sales-driven.
Job Duties
- Answer phones in a friendly and warm manner.
- Assist with preparing estimates and proposals.
- Work remotely.
- Support other office functions such as A/R and A/P, filing, etc.
Experience
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred).
Work Location
In person.
Supplemental Pay Types
- Bonus pay.
Pay
$18.00 per hour.
Schedule
8 hour shift Monday to Friday.
