About the role

Full-time Lead Server position in our main clubhouse. Weekly flexibility with weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Train newly hired servers
• Lead servers in daily tasks including table assignments and bussing stations
• Perform all functions of a server
• Act as food runner when assigned
• Assist with oversight of staff as needed

Requirements

• Previous restaurant and/or customer service experience
• Ability to follow simple instructions and compose short correspondence and memos
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to residents and staff
• Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) system
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
• Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification
• Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
