Lead Server Full Time

About the role

Bellingham at West Chester is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Lead Server to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community and assists the Dining Room Manager with oversight of the server team. Alternating weekends and some holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Always exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service, and deliver requested items graciously and courteously.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of serving, customer service, and shift/staffing organization.

Requirements

• Minimum completion of high school required, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 6–12 months of restaurant or senior living experience preferred.

Pay

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time opportunity with rotating weekends.
