Responsibilities
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property
- Performs “make-ready” process for vacant apartment homes
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials and supplies
- Completes documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly
- Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing tasks such as picking up trash, pressure-washing, cleaning, and painting
- Supports cost-cutting initiatives by fixing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently
- Performs preventative maintenance tasks as needed
- Willing to work flexible schedules and on-call
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- AC Certification I and II
- EPA Certification
Qualifications
- One year of apartment maintenance technical training or equivalent
