Responsibilities
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property
- Performs “make-ready” process for vacant apartment homes
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items
- Completes documentation and paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
- Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing tasks such as picking up trash, pressure-washing, cleaning, and painting
- Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- AC Certification I and II
- EPA Certification
Qualifications
- One year of apartment maintenance technical/other training
