Lead Senior Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property
• Performs “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and new move-ins
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the maintenance department
• Completes documentation and paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing, performing general cleaning, and painting
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment

Requirements

• One year of apartment maintenance technical/other training
• Valid Driver’s License
• AC Certification I and II
• EPA Certification

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call
• Promotes a positive image of the apartment community and management company
