Responsibilities
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property
- Performs “make-ready” process for vacant apartments
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials and supplies
- Completes documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly
- Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Supports cost-cutting initiatives by fixing rather than replacing parts
- Willing to work flexible schedules and on-call
Requirements
- One year of apartment maintenance technical training
- Valid Driver’s License
- AC Certification I and II
- EPA Certification
Qualifications
- Passes a thorough Criminal History Record Check
- Does not have convictions for illegal drug use, public indecency, theft, or crimes against persons or property
- Does not have any undisclosed criminal history not disclosed on the application
- Does not have moving traffic violations except for reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, or excessive red light or speeding violations
