Lead Sales Associate - Full Time

Role Overview

This position involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with responsibilities that include assisting in store operations, maintaining merchandise displays, and providing exceptional customer service. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, the role includes acting in a lead capacity, authorizing refunds, managing cash, and ensuring store security and safety protocols are followed.

Key Duties

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, including rotating and building displays.
• Assist customers by locating products and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.
• Implement and maintain plan‑ograms and store programs.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including trash disposal and floor cleaning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures, safety policies, and store merchandising standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and plan‑ogram adherence.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with six months of supervisory or related experience recommended.
