Lead Sales Associate - Full Time

About the role

The Lead Sales Associate ensures a clean, organized store with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments.
• Receive, unpack, stock, and display merchandise following company guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and setting up displays.
• Assist with planogram implementation and store opening/closing procedures.
• Perform duties typically handled by management in their absence.
• Support store operations to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies and merchandise presentation.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Ability to operate a cash register and understand store policies.
• Valid driver’s license for banking deposits if needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Physical ability for frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise and outdoor exposure.
• Occasional travel and transportation for store operations and deposits.
