Lead Retail Sales Associate

Model exceptional service, showcase merchandise, and assist guests at live music venues.

• Provide in-the-moment support to frontline associates, including merchandise returns, cash management, and guest service escalations.
• Thrive in energetic, live music environments, fostering a positive and productive workplace through teamwork, service, and integrity.
• Share your passion for music heritage with guests, guiding them and sharing upcoming events.
• Guide team in merchandising, ensuring sales floor is full and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions, manage shipments, and maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Follow company policies and procedures, report incidents, and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with tour guides to create souvenir photos and process photo sales.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: 1+ years' experience in guest service, sales, and/or cash handling required
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Effective interpersonal and verbal communication, outgoing personality, basic math for cash handling and transaction processing, ability to work during peak times, physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs., and manual dexterity.

Licenses / Certifications: Must meet all requirements for airport SIDA badge, including background check.

Physical Requirements: Speak and hear to communicate, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, use ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
