Lead Retail Sales Associate

Model exceptional service, showcase merchandise, and assist frontline associates in managing returns, cash management, and guest service escalations.

• Provide in-the-moment support to frontline associates.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, assign tasks, and support guest service roles.
• Guide guests with confidence and share interest in upcoming events.
• Share guest feedback with management.
• Use product knowledge to sell and upsell based on guest interest.
• Achieve goals to increase average transaction value, units per transaction, and conversion.
• Guide team in merchandising, ensuring sales floor is full and visually appealing.
• Follow defined brand SOPs for merchandising, processing sales transactions, and receiving shipments.
• Communicate with management about inventory concerns and report equipment malfunctions, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Collaborate with tour guides to create souvenir photos and process photos for immediate display and sale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
