About the role

The role involves providing residential services to individuals with special needs, focusing on daily living skills, socialization, and health management.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Facilitate social interactions and community integration activities.
• Monitor and document residents' health and safety.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
