Lead Residential Specialist

Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete face to face contacts with apartment clients daily as assigned and document accordingly in the agency electronic health record
• On call 7 days/week to cover openings in the group homes for evening/overnight vacancies
• Provide support to staff working at the group homes to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, documentation is completed, and that client needs are appropriately addressed
• Takes all calls/reports during the shift and escalates appropriately
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training
