About the role
The Lead Product Marketing – Home Internet & Converged role will lead strategy, planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention and growth of AT&T’s Home Internet portfolio spanning Fiber and Fixed Wireless.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer needs, focusing on AT&T’s Home Internet portfolio (Fiber and Fixed wireless).
- Lead cross-functional efforts to bring customer-centric initiatives to market, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.
- Create compelling positioning, messaging, and customer narratives that communicate the value of partnerships and customer benefits.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive program success.
- Use data-driven analysis to provide insights that guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate business performance, customer insights, and marketing results.
- Develop executive-ready recommendations and present strategic opportunities to leadership.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Establish success metrics, measurement frameworks, and reporting to evaluate the impact of initiatives, translating performance insights into actionable recommendations and optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
- Marketing, customer engagement & acquisition, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for growth and customer value creation.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building new programs, processes, or initiatives from the ground up.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear business recommendations.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
