Typical Tasks

Conduct and Analyze Market and Customer Research: Lead comprehensive studies to evaluate market share, customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and the effectiveness of marketing and sales programs. Leverage data, analytics, and localized market insights to identify opportunities, assess new initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations.

Create detailed reports and executive-ready presentations that translate research findings into actionable business recommendations. Communicate customer, market, and DMA-specific insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Drive National-to-Local Marketing Strategies: Partner with marketing, product, and go-to-market teams to develop and refine marketing programs that align national business objectives with local market needs. Utilize customer segmentation, geographic insights, and market intelligence to create more relevant and impactful customer experiences.

Consult on Marketing and Growth Opportunities: Serve as a strategic advisor across marketing functions to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing effectiveness, and improve the use of customer and market intelligence. Provide expertise on localization strategies, customer engagement approaches, and evolving market trends.

Support Strategic Planning and Innovation: Continuously monitor market conditions, customer trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities. Conduct customer segmentation, journey mapping, and localized market analyses to support long-term marketing strategies, business planning, and organizational priorities.

An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Pay

Our Lead Product Marketing earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual.
