Lead Patient Service Specialist-Urogynecology
About the role
The Lead Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met and assists with day-to-day routine issues. The Lead Patient Service Specialist also ensures communications of policies and procedures are communicated to the rest of the staff and acts as a coach/mentor for administrative care team members.

Requirements
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs):
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Six months of MaineHealth Patient Service Specialist experience required.
