About the role

Blue Cloud is a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company, focusing on dental restorative and exodontia surgery for children and special needs patients under general anesthesia. We aim to provide safe, quality, and affordable care to families and payors through our growing network of ASCs. We are currently seeking a Lead Patient Service Coordinator to join our dedicated care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register patients and family members
  • Manage appointments and daily schedule
  • Manage and provide patients and their families with appropriate forms and informational documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong background in patient care environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting
