About the role

This position is responsible for the day-to-day staff management, identification of issues with resolution, and staff quality/productivity measures. It also promotes a positive patient experience and ensures patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent education/experience
  • Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
  • Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
  • 6 months familiarity with basic financial clearance functions
  • 3 years supervisory experience in outpatient registration or related experience in healthcare setting
  • 1 year knowledge of Epic applications
  • 6 months coursework in subjects such as team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution, etc.
  • Experience with MEDITECH system

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
