Pay

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour plus a $1,000 Sign-On/Relocation Bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, Wednesday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: Assist the orthodontist with patient care throughout all stages of treatment, including bonding, debonding, adjustments, records appointments, consultations, and other orthodontic procedures.
  • Support Team Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to orthodontic assistants while promoting consistency, efficiency, and a positive team culture.
  • Deliver Exceptional Patient Experiences: Welcome and educate patients and families, build strong relationships, and ensure each patient feels comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.
  • Maintain Clinical Standards: Ensure operatories are prepared, instruments are properly sterilized, and clinical protocols are consistently followed.
  • Manage Patient Records & Technology: Capture digital records including x-rays, photographs, impressions, and intraoral scans while maintaining accurate patient documentation.
  • Promote Practice Success: Collaborate with the orthodontic team to maintain an efficient schedule, support patient retention, and contribute to overall practice growth.
  • Communicate Professionally: Maintain strong communication with patients, families, referring offices, and team members while ensuring a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous orthodontic assisting experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures, workflows, and patient care standards.
  • Experience supporting, training, or mentoring other team members is an asset.
  • Familiarity with orthodontic/dental software systems preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients, families, doctors, and team members.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

A $1,000 bonus is available to qualified candidates seeking a permanent, full-time opportunity. This may be applied as either a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
