About the role

Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing practice in Bellevue, WA. A $1,000 bonus is available to qualified candidates seeking a permanent, full‑time opportunity, which may be applied as a sign‑on bonus or relocation assistance. Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and seating the patient.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule.
• Assist the Orthodontist with consultations and all stages of orthodontic procedures, clean/disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments and devices, and take x‑rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans.
• Provide patient instruction/education and provide reports to parents/guardians.
• Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.

Requirements

• Orthodontic Assistant preferred, or Registered Dental Assistant
• Good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
• Proficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems is preferred but not required

Pay

$23.00 - $33.00 per hour plus a $1,000 Sign‑On/Relocation Bonus.

Schedule

Full‑time, Tuesday through Friday.
