Lead Nurse

About the Role

As a Lead Registered Nurse at Restore Hyper Wellness, you'll lead the studio's medical operations, blending clinical expertise with business leadership. This role involves overseeing safety and compliance, mentoring the nursing team, driving medical service utilization, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You'll work in a client-facing retail healthcare environment, educating clients, recommending wellness services, and contributing to studio growth through ethical, consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care and expert wellness guidance.
• Administer IV therapies, injections, and other medical services safely and professionally.
• Provide personalized recommendations aligned with client wellness goals.
• Educate clients on Restore services and recommend treatment plans.
• Support medical revenue growth through ethical recommendations and client care.
• Train, mentor, and develop Registered Nurses on clinical procedures and best practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department performance through operational excellence.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top nursing talent.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Minimum two years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, PACU, or similar).
  • Minimum one year administering IV therapy and injections.
  • Excellent communication and client education skills.
• Preferred:
  • Previous leadership, charge nurse, or management experience.
  • Experience in concierge medicine, aesthetics, wellness, or retail healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales or revenue-generating healthcare environments.
  • Experience mentoring and developing healthcare professionals.
