Lead Nurse

About the Role

As a Lead Registered Nurse at Restore Hyper Wellness, you'll lead medical operations within the studio, blending clinical expertise with business leadership. You'll oversee safety, compliance, and team mentoring while driving medical service utilization and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This role is crucial for both clinical excellence and business success, requiring a balance between healthcare delivery and consultative sales in a retail healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care and expert wellness guidance.
• Administer IV therapies, injections, and other medical services safely.
• Provide personalized recommendations aligned with client wellness goals.
• Educate clients on Restore services and recommend treatment plans.
• Support medical revenue growth through ethical recommendations.
• Train and mentor Registered Nurses on clinical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department performance and implement process improvements.
• Lead by example, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing nursing talent.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Minimum two years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, PACU, or similar).
  • Minimum one year administering IV therapy and injections.
  • Excellent communication and client education skills.
• Preferred:
  • Previous leadership or management experience.
  • Experience in concierge medicine, aesthetics, wellness, or retail healthcare.
  • Success in consultative sales or revenue-generating healthcare environments.
  • Experience mentoring healthcare professionals.
