Responsibilities
- Aid in the orientation and annual training curriculum for the nursing team.
- Attend weekly treatment team meetings.
- Develop and manage the nursing team schedule to cover all shifts.
- Provide coverage during necessary times.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards regarding alcohol and drug entities.
- Participate in nursing training and policy compliance activities.
- Complete required training within a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on state and CARF readiness surveys and preparations.
- Ensure adherence to the treatment plans of providers or medical directors.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Have at least 2 years of related nursing practice experience.
- Be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment in good standing.
- Preferred: Hold a Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Have at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- 18 days of Paid Time Off (PTO).
