About the role
The Lead Membership Coordinator will oversee membership activities, manage member communications, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee membership activities and initiatives
- Manage member communications and engagement strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive outreach and problem resolution
- Develop and implement membership programs and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in membership management or customer service
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of membership management best practices
