Responsibilities
- Manages inventory and tracking of medications and supplies.
- Serves as an experienced role model within the practice, supporting compliance, providing cross-training, following practice protocols, and performing procedures within the practice.
- Ensures practice is in compliance with OSHA and all protocols/procedures in the delivery of patient care.
- Acts as MA clinical subject matter expert to assist practice management in oversight of coverage and daily patient operations.
- Maintains MA required training and certification records and ensures everyone is in compliance with HR.
- Performs triage of incoming escalated patient requests.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2-5 years supervisor experience.
- Licenses & Certifications: Cert/Reg in Area of Expertise.
Qualifications
- Preferred Requirements: 5-10 years supervisor experience.
- Licenses & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

Pay
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Eligible.
