Lead Massage Therapist, Kohler Waters Spa

Responsibilities

• Serve as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time
• Expect to teach and be an active Massage Therapist while also leading respective department
• Supervise department staff – this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication
• Conduct interviews, onboard new associates, conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews, and effectively performance manage associates
• Set sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue
• Ensure all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles
• Participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities

Requirements

• Current state of Wisconsin Massage license required
• Three years experience in a luxury spa setting preferred
• Prior supervisory experience, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
