Massage Therapist, Kohler Waters Spa

About the role

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while experiencing five-star living at its finest.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
• Inform guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
• Communicate clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
• Offer sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
• Be knowledgeable of all products and provide customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
• Prepare a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommended for their homecare

Requirements

• State of Wisconsin Massage Certificate required
• Prior luxury spa setting experience preferred but not required
• The ability to walk or stand the majority of each shift along with lifting up to 25 pounds

Skills

• Knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise

Schedule

• Working weekdays & weekends
• Shifts will vary between 7:30am to 8:00pm
