Spavia Estero is seeking full-time and part-time lead massage therapists at all levels of experience to join our team. Responsibilities

• Team management: Recruit, interview, hire, and train new candidates with the assistance of the Spa Director or owner.
• Manage a team of 10-18 specialists: Handle team schedules, time-off requests, and maximize weekly schedules.
• Sales: Drive the team to reach sales quotas within retail and membership.
• Reporting: Provide weekly sales reports to management, bi-weekly payroll reports, and end-of-month numbers. Set and adjust monthly goals to reach annual business goals.
• Leadership: Motivate and train the team to educate guests about treatments and products, provide an exceptional guest experience, hold contests, and offer incentives to drive annual goals.
• Cleanliness: Ensure treatment rooms and storage areas are clean, tidy, and stocked. Follow state regulations and keep them up to date.
• Community relations: Maintain relationships with local schools, attend job fairs, and build internship programs.

Requirements

• Actively State Licensed Massage Therapist
• Reliable, punctual, passionate, and goal-driven
• Professional and drug/alcohol-free
• A passion for working with people
• Can-do attitude and high energy
• Team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry

Qualifications

All levels of experience are welcome.

Skills

• Ability to perform relaxation and therapeutic treatments, including signature, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and maternity massages.
• Proficiency in massage enhancements such as CBD and Hypervolt (training provided).
