About the role

The Lead Marketing Campaign Manager develops and executes comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across various channels and multiple business units. This role contributes to campaign production by building emails, automated workflows, social media content, and coordinating digital advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage specific segments of the organization’s channel marketing plan by developing channel-specific strategies, recommending campaign approaches, and implementing integrated marketing programs.
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors and agency partners as their primary point of contact while delivering advertising, promotion, and other marketing campaigns within established contracts.
  • Execute digital marketing operations, including planning campaigns, creating concepts and content, setting audiences and value propositions, and integrating digital channels.
  • Conduct research using primary data sources to analyze key themes and trends.
  • Prepare and coordinate data and analytics reports.
  • Draft website landing pages for review to meet user needs, industry standards, and project goals.
  • Support marketing channel and customer touchpoint analysis through data, research, and benchmarking techniques.
  • Lead implementation of techniques such as voice-of-the-customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Review existing operations and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build collaborative relationships internally and externally to facilitate partnerships across the value chain.
  • Coordinate and present news segments or programs of limited complexity.
  • Develop and deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, training, coaching, and external accreditation.
  • Maintain understanding of relevant technology, regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, conferences, and specialist media.
  • Provide instruction and informal advice to less experienced colleagues to develop their skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field OR a combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to four (4) years.
  • Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in marketing campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles, including:
    • Three (3) years of experience in developing and delivering presentations.
    • Basic experience coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Schedule

  • Full-time, regular position.
  • Scheduled hours: 40 per week.
  • Occasional travel to Staples, MN for meetings, professional development, or team activities (up to 2-3 times per year with advance notice).
