Marketing Campaign Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional marketing programs, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end execution of Outshift's webinar program, including planning, platform management, live event moderation, and post-event reporting.
- Manage marketing operations by administering tools, workflows, automations, resource planning, and campaign tracking to improve team efficiency.
- Analyze and communicate campaign, webinar, and website performance metrics, providing actionable insights for stakeholders and quarterly business reviews.
- Cross-coordinate cross-functional approvals, vendor relationships, and additional marketing initiatives to ensure successful delivery across content, digital, paid media, and web programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing program management, product marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or event/webinar production.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while driving execution and meeting deadlines.
- Experience using marketing and collaboration platforms such as Airtable, Jira, Confluence, ON24, or similar tools.
- Experience analyzing and reporting marketing campaign, webinar, or digital performance metrics using reporting or analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting product launches in a technology, SaaS, or startup-like environment.
- Proven experience producing virtual events or webinar programs from planning through post-event analysis.
- Experience implementing workflow automations or AI-enabled solutions to improve marketing operations and team productivity.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and marketing technology platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web content management, campaign reporting, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.

Pay
The starting salary range posted for this position is $121,000.00 to $152,500.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
Schedule
Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time. U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco’s policies:
- 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
- 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday
- paid year-end holiday shutdown
- 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco
- Non-exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
- Exempt employees participate in Cisco’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
- 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
- Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
- Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
