Responsibilities
- Own campaign calendars and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Partner with creative, merchandising, CRM, media, analytics, and photography teams.
- Develop product stories and seasonal narratives that drive engagement.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Translate campaign performance into insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate on lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and customer journeys.
- Present campaign learnings and business updates to internal partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of campaign management, integrated marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience.
- Experience within retail, ecommerce, consumer products, beauty, home décor, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Able to synthesize campaign performance into actionable recommendations.
- Experience presenting insights to leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Product storytelling mindset and creative sensibility.
Nice to Have
- Oracle Responsys experience.
- Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Journey Optimizer exposure.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Wrike, or Airtable.
