What You'll Do...
- Create and edit donor impact stories, stewardship communications, campaign messaging, event communications, newsletters, proposals, and other donor-facing content.
- Develop content for print publications, digital platforms, email campaigns, websites, and social media channels.
- Conduct interviews with donors, faculty, students, and staff to gather compelling stories and content.
- Translate complex philanthropic initiatives into engaging, audience-centered communications.
- Aid in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with fundraising and donor engagement goals.
- Create and manage campaign plans, content calendars, production schedules, and project timelines.
- Cook up workflows, approvals, and production processes across marketing, development, digital, and design teams.
- Support the creation of fundraising proposals, impact reports, campaign materials, event collateral, and philanthropy-focused communications.
- Contribute to social media and email marketing initiatives through content creation, refinement, and scheduling.
- Manage assigned campaigns and communication projects from concept through completion while balancing long-term priorities and fast-turnaround requests.

What We Require...
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Three or more years of demonstrated success in marketing, communications, content development, or a related profession, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent research, interviewing, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and communicate an organization's message in an engaging and strategic manner across multiple channels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- A strong commitment to the mission and vision of the Texas A&M Foundation and the ability to serve as a compelling ambassador for the organization.
We'd Love to Find Someone With...
- Experience in fundraising, higher education, nonprofit communications, or a university environment.
- Familiarity with AP Style and editorial best practices.
- Experience managing publication processes from content development through production and distribution.
- Experience working with photographers, multimedia content, digital publishing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience coordinating print and digital communications projects across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- A passion for storytelling, donor engagement, and creating content that inspires philanthropy.
